Aryan is a Member of Technical Staff at LMArena, where he’s building the leading open platform to test, compare, and evaluate the world’s top AI models – making AI progress more transparent and grounded in real-world use. He studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS) at UC Berkeley, where he led the tech team at Cal Hacks and conducted research with Sky Lab and LMSYS on foundation model training, LLMOps, and human preference evaluations. Aryan is passionate about building products at the intersection of LLM research and real-world applications. He’s excited about making advanced AI systems more usable, interpretable, and aligned with human preferences. Previously, he interned on the AI team at Vercel, helping launch v0.dev, Vercel’s generative UI platform. He’s also been a founding engineer at two early-stage startups, including Speechify, the #1 AI text-to-speech company. In his free time, Aryan enjoys traveling to new places, lifting weights, and playing basketball with friends.
